ChampLabs would like us to quote re-programming the certs to send notification upon completion of the certification process rather than upon completion of the registration form. They only want notifications with info for those that take the time to complete the cert. They don't care about loosing those that start but do not complete the process. I'd like for you guys to handle the programming. Can you provide a quote for modifications by Friday morning? Please make sure to include changes on the following:
